For many years the US was a beacon of light and hope to many. It was easy for the dazzled and awestruck to come up with evidence in defence of that country that in the mere two centuries since its appearance on the world map as an independent nation had accomplished more than any other nation in history. It is often perceived that America and Israel are a joint enemy of the Muslim world. This is clearly true when analyzing the actions and policies of the American government in regard to Zionism and Muslims; however, when it is considered that America is the 3rd most populated country in the world it is seemingly odd that some 300 million people would all support Zionism, and hate not just Muslims- but like Zionists- also hate the truth of Islam itself! (He it is Who hath sent His messenger with the guidance and the religion of truth, that He may make it conqueror of all however much idolaters may be averse. Quran 61:9) If Americans are overwhelming in support of Israel, when then are so many converting to Islam? Even though there are only about 10 million Muslims in America, polls actually indicate that ¾ of non-Muslim Americans believe that their country should neither support the Israelis or Palestinians, and that it is bad for America to be involved in the conflict all together. (Surely you will find the most hostile of all people towards the faithful to be the Jews and polytheists, and surely you will find the nearest of them to be Christians because there are priests and monks amongst them and they are not arrogant. Quran 5:82) So why do American politicians do exactly the opposite of the wishes of those people they were elected to represent, and throw all of their support behind Israel?
